To process applications, verify identity, match you with verified partners, communicate updates and improve our services.
3. Sharing
We share information only with the relevant service partner you choose, payment processors, and government agencies as required to complete your application.
4. Security
Documents are stored encrypted. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and verified partners assigned to your application.
5. Partner verification
Every partner listed on GServ is verified by our admin team. Partners submit Aadhaar, PAN and (optionally) a shop licence at registration. Documents are reviewed and cross-checked before the partner is marked "Verified" and allowed to accept citizen applications. Unverified or suspended partners cannot receive new applications.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing support@gserv.in.
