1. Eligibility for refund
Refunds apply when (a) the service is cancelled before processing begins, (b) the partner is unable to deliver the service, or (c) duplicate payments occur.
2. Non-refundable
Government statutory fees, work already completed by the partner, and rejected applications due to incorrect customer-submitted documents are non-refundable.
3. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.
4. How to request
Raise a request from your customer dashboard or email refunds@gserv.in with your application ID.
