2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and a resident of India to create an account.
3. Services & partner verification
GServ is a marketplace connecting citizens with verified service partners. Every partner is verified by our admin team — Aadhaar, PAN and (where applicable) shop licence are collected and reviewed before a partner can accept applications. Verified partners display a "Verified" badge. Government services follow government SLAs and approvals are not guaranteed.
4. Fees
Service fees include statutory and platform charges as displayed before checkout.
5. Account responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and the accuracy of submitted documents.
6. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or attempt fraudulent activity.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
